Janet C. Barron-Churchill, 64, Crawfordsville, passed away Monday December 30 at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis.

She was born on June 28, 1960 in Mt. Vernon, KY and raised by her grandmother, Margie Lauy who preceded her in death.  She was employed by Wabash College in housekeeping for 35 years. She enjoyed playing with her granddaughter Journey and travelling. She was one of a kind with a heart of gold.  She would always feed anyone in need.

She married Philip Churchill and he survives.  Also surviving are a son, Jonothan (Connie) Barron and their children, Emma, Abby and Brantley; daughter, Rebecca Barron and her daughter Journey and nephew, Derrick (Kat) Nikle and their children, Derrick Jr., Joan and Brian.

A Celebration of Life service is scheduled for 12:00 PM Saturday January 4th at Hunt & Son Funeral Home.  Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM.
