Janet Sieferman, 76 passed away Saturday June 9, at St. Elizabeth East, Lafayette, surrounded by her family.  She was born December 26, 1941 in Evansville to Raymond E. & Lillian Angermeier Weyer.

Janet Graduated from Memorial High School, University of Evansville and received her Masters degree from Indiana State University.  She was a retired Elementary Art teacher in South Montgomery Schools. Janet was a member of St. Bernard's Catholic Church, Sugar Creek Quilt Guild, Sunshine Chorus, Art League and Montgomery County Retired Teachers Association.

On August 25, 1962 she married Edward C. Sieferman, he survives.  Also surviving are her children Edward Michael (Sarah) Sieferman of Crawfordsville, Laura (Eric) Frye of Crawfordsville and Eric (Amy) Sieferman of Danville, IN. She has 9 grandchildren 2 great grandchildren and one on the way.

A funeral mass will be held 2:00pm Friday at St. Bernard's Catholic Church with Father Christopher Shocklee officiating. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 12-2 Friday at the church.
