Jeffrey Scott Bayless, 56, passed Wednesday April 18 at Franciscan St. Elizabeth Health in Crawfordsville after a short battle with cancer.

Jeff was born November 27, 1961 in Crawfordsville to Thomas G. and Barbara (Combs) Bayless, Barnett.

He was a 1981 Crawfordsville High School graduate and attended ITT Tech.

Jeff worked for over 35 years for Alcoa CSI.  He loved Nascar racing, playing golf, people and his daughter.

He is survived by daughter, Taylor B. Bayless, step-daughter, Hail Foxworthy, sister, Shannon Taylor and his parents Thomas and Jamie Bayless.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Bennett and his younger brother, Thomas Allen Bayless.

Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Wednesday at Hunt & Son Funeral Home.  Burial will follow at Freedom Cemetery.  Friends may call 4-7 PM Tuesday at the funeral home.
