Obituary
Jerry Wayne "Granny" Callis, 67 Waynetown, passed away 3:00 PM Sunday in his residence.
Mr. Callis was retired from R.R. Donnelly & Sons. He also served in the United States Marines and the National Guard.
He was born on March 25, 1939 in Indianapolis to Robert Callis and Jessie Chapman Callis.
Survivors include sons, Loren (Kim) Callis and Quintin Callis both of Waynetown, Parvin (Sarah) Callis aboard USS Kitty Hawk, daughter, Jessica (Hector) Feliciano of Plainfield, IL, brothers, Edgar of Avon and Larry of Annapolis, MD, sisters, Evelyn Shipman of Imperial Beach, CA and Connie Colson of Indianapolis.
He is preceded in death by his parents, a son, Matthew and brothers, Max and Royce.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday in the funeral home with Rev. Velma Keesling. Interment will follow at Waynetown Masonic Cemetery. Friends may call 4-8 PM Tuesday in the funeral home.
