Judith Ann Whitlow, 85, of Crawfordsville, passed away Sunday, August 17, at Ben Hur Health.

She was born August 12, 1940, in Crawfordsville to Hobart & Helen Weliver Surber.  ON October 15, 1960, she married Noral Whitlow. He preceded her in death on July 27, 1992.

Judy was a member of First Baptist Church of Crawfordsville.  She worked alongside her husband for many years, managing Whit's Union 76 Truck Stop. They also owned and operated a trucking company. Later, she retired from Walmart Optical Lab. She helped coordinate the Horace Mann School Reunions for many years.

She is survived by her children, Patrica (Lee) Caldwell, Terry (Connie) Whitlow, and Larry (Michelle) Whitlow. She also has siblings, David "Sonny" Surber, Sue Sheets, and Mike Surber surviving. As well as 12 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.

Judy was preceded in death by a daughter, Linda; Siblings, Violet Hocking, Robert Surber, James "JD" Surber, Nancy Quinn Teague, and Goldie Surber.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday, August 21,  at Hunt & Son Funeral Home with Pastor Brian Hutson officiating.  Visitation will be from 12-2 p.m. on Thursday.  Interment will follow in the Linden Cemetery.
