Kathryn Morrison passed away Thursday September 24 at Hickory Creek Nursing home. She was 92 years old.

Kathryn worked many years for the Christian Book Store in Crawfordsville and retired from there.

She was born on April 9, 1928 in Frankfort, IN. Parents were Clyde O. and May Belle (Akins) Marshall.

Kathryn graduated from Waveland High School in 1946, second in her class. She married William (Bill) Morrison on December 28, 1947.

Survivors include daughter Carolyn Morrison of Crawfordsville and Deborah Morrison Snyder of Waynetown. She also leaves behind two grandsons Lance Snyder of Waynetown, Kyle Snyder of Indianapolis and Great-grandson Jackson Snyder of Indianapolis and 2 great grandchildren. One brother Richard Marshall of Crawfordsville.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brother Harry and grandson Keith Snyder.

Kathryn was a Christian and attended The First Church of God, Crawfordsville. She held many offices over the year, one was church treasurer for 31 years, played the piano for 50 years and belonged to the W.C.G. ladies group helping missionaries. She helped support Children of Promise in Africa. Katie loved to read and travel, her favorite was the Holy Land.

A funeral service will be held 11am Tuesday October 6 at Hunt & Son Funeral Home with Pastor Chuck Callahan officiating. Burial will follow in the Oak Hill Cemetery North. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
