Kevin Wesley Sledge, 28 of New Market passed away Friday.

He was born June 27, 1989 in Blytheville, AR to Randy "Mongo" Lampkin and Lisa Sipes Sledge Pruett.  He served in the Indiana National Guard, Crawfordsville unit. Kevin worked for White Construction and previously for Miller Pipeline.  He loved hunting and fishing and was a diesel truck enthusiast.

On October 24, 2015 he married Kylee Pollock, she survives. Also surviving are his mother Lisa Pruett of Russellville; Brother Anthony Sledge of Hayti, MO; and Sister Amanda (Johnathan) Watson of Holland MO as well as nieces, nephews and "Like a brother" Ryan Eldridge.  He was preceded in death by his grandparents Douglas & Christine Sipes.

Cremation was chosen. Hunt & Son Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
