Larry W. Austin passed away Wednesday, Oct. 9, 2013,
at home.
He was born Aug. 16, 1941, to Mildred
Breeden Austin and William Carroll Francis
"Bud" Austin.
He married Betty J. Laughlin on June
5, 1966. They have two children, Michele
(David) Paddack and Michael W. Austin.
He had two grandchildren, Caitlin Marie
and Carlee Michele Paddack.
He leaves behind his wife, Betty Austin,
children and grandchildren.
He was predeceased by brother, John William Austin;
mother Mildred Austin; and father William Carroll Francis
Austin.
He was a retired journey electrician. He belonged to the
IBEW Local Union 481.
He was a member of the American Legion, Moose, Eagles
and Masonic Lodge. He graduated from Crawfordsville
High School and attended Indiana State University.

A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Hunt
& Son Funeral Home. Friends may call 4-8 p.m. Friday at
the funeral home.
