Former Westfield, Indiana resident Larry J. Heinzman passed away on August 1, 2020 in Inverness, Florida where he resided.  He was a 1981 graduate of Westfield High School.  He moved to Florida in the late 1980's where he worked as an auto mechanic several years and was most recently employed by Mid State Glass. He was born on October 29, 1962 to parents Kenneth and Darlene (Carey) Heinzman in Carmel, Indiana. Larry enjoyed NASCAR racing and was a big fan of the Florida Gators football of The University of Florida. He also loved to golf with friends on the weekends.  Larry was a master griller and loved to cook on his homemade grill for others.  He often hauled his grill to gatherings.  He is survived by his mother Darlene Heinzman of Westfield, IN, a daughter Carey Heinzman Wescott of Oceanside, CA, a brother Jim Heinzman (Rob Hunt) of Crawfordsville and a sister Wanda Heinzman Clos of Westfield, IN. Larry will be laid to rest on Friday August 14, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at the Old Carmel Cemetery 839 North Rangeline Rd., Carmel, IN with the Rev.
