Obituary

Larry L. Kinkead passed November 30, 2017 at Lane House Nursing Home. He was born to Nina L. (Stewart) Kinkead and Oscar H. Kinkead on August 16, 1941.
After graduation from Granville Wells in 1959, He went into the Army to serve his country. He married Charlotte I Keeling on August 16, 1968 in Boone County.
After service he worked at R.R. Donnelly until retiring in 2003. He also mowed for the Park and Rec for several years after retiring. He also worked on the safety patrol at the Motor Speedway for 27 years.
He belonged to many different clubs including, Donnelley club, American Legion Post 72, Masons, Montgomery Lodge 50 A.&M.Scottish Rite, Murat Shrine of Indianapolis, Indianapolis 500 Oldtimers.
Survivors include:his wife of 49 years, son Steven R. Grandson Christopher S. Kinkead, brothers David C.(Grace) of California, Michael (Emilie) of Florida, Sister-in-law Margie of Indianapolis, many Nieces and Nephews, and His beloved dog Lucky.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Monday at Hunt & Son Funeral Home with military and Masonic Rites preceding the service.  Calling will be 11am-1 PM Monday at the funeral home.  Burial with be at Oak Hill Cemetery South.
He is preceded in death by his parents, a son, Scott A. Kinkead and brother Robert L. Kinkead.
