Obituary
Larry Joe Ryker, 80, Crawfordsville, passed away Saturday July 3 at I.U. Health in Lafayette. Larry was born on October 21, 1940, in Linden, to Calvin Lester and Marjorie Pearl (Perkins) Ryker.
He worked for Raybestos for 41 years before retiring. He also served in the U.S. Marine Corp.
He enjoyed working in the yard and spending time with his grandkids.
He married Mona Duncan and they were married 32 years. He is preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Beverly Myers.
Surviving along with his wife, are his children, Stephen Ryker, Vincent (Mary) Ryker,. Chris (Elizabeth) Conrad and Erin (Jason)` Pfledderer, brothers, Rex. A. Ryker and Charles R. (Chris) Ryker and sisters, Sandra Rayburn and Debra Ryker. Also surviving are eight grandchildren, Annika (Cody) Cummins, Addison (Austin) Conrad, Hunter Conrad, Christopher Conrad, Madison Conrad, Hudson Pfledderer, Reid Pfledderer and Lauren Ryker along with 3 great grandchildren.
Cremation was chosen with no services planned at this time. Memorial contributions may be made to the Animal Welfare League of Montgomery County. Hunt & Son Funeral Home is assisting the family and online condolences may be made at
