Lawrence W. Lyon, 88, Crawfordsville passed away
Friday, October 30, 2015 at Ben Hur Nursing Home.
He was born September 16, 1927 in New Richmond to Ora & Carrie Conrad Lyon.
He graduated from New Richmond High School.
He served his country in the US Army Air Corps WWII
He married Lucille "Cil" Lough on May 21, 1953. She preceded him in death in 2007.
He worked at Perry Lewis Ford and retired from
farming.
He loved to sing Karaoke. He was a member Liberty
Chapel Church, Post 72 American Legion, VFW men's
Aux post 1431 and 40&8.

is survived by two daughters, Nikki Davidson,
Waynetown, Cindy Lyon, Lafayette; two grandchildren,
Chris and Melissa Davidson and several Nieces and
nephews.
He was preceded in death by six brothers, Raymond,
Delbert, Harold, Albert, William and Robert; five sisters
Dorothy, Verna, Elva, Mable and Emily and his wife,
Lucille.
Friends and family may pay their respects from 4-8
p.m. Tuesday, November 2 at Hunt & Son Funeral
Home. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, November
4 at Hunt & Son Funeral Home, with Military
Rites, with Rev Allen Sparks officiating. Burial will
follow at Oak Hill Cemetery North
