Obituary

Leslie Earl Farley, 89, of Crawfordsville, passed away Thursday afternoon at St. Clare Medical Center.

Mr. Farley was born Oct. 13, 1918 to Howard Farley & Lora (Keller) Farley.

He graduated from Crawfordsville Schools. He retired from MidStates and Sommer Metalcraft. He was married to Ivall Dean Eggers. She passed away in 1974. Later he had a beloved companion of many years, Millie Leslie, and she too preceded him in death. He was a member of Moose, Eagles and was an avid trap shooter.

He is survived by a son, Howard (Terri) Farley of Darlington; a daughter, Sherry (Kelly) Foster of Darlington; brothers, Gordon Farley of Crawfordsville and Wayne Farley of Lebanon; 17 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and 14 great-great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his son, Jim; daughter, Darlene; brother, Austin; sister, Mildred Nichols.

Funeral services are at 2 p.m. Monday at Hunt & Son Funeral Home.

Friends and family can pay their respects from noon to 2 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
