Lois Marie Patton, 86, of Crawfordsville passed away Tuesday at Wellbrooke. Louis was born July 21, 1927 at Crawfordsville to Frank J. & Sara E. Earl Weliver. She has lived in Crawfordsville her entire life, getting her education in Crawfordsville Schools. She has served in Girls and Boy Scout troops for several years. She is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She married Malcolm C. Patton August 9, 1945, he preceded her in death March 4, 2005. The most important thing in her life was to marry her husband and being the mother of her five children, Jacki Patton of Brownsville TX; Larry (Sue) Patton of Crawfordsville; Mark (Denise) Patton of Crawfordsville; Michael Patton of Crawfordsville; and Gay (James) Harrison of Louisville, KY. She is also Grandmother of 15, Great grandmother of 29 and Great Great Grandmother of 4. She was preceded in death by her parents, six brothers and three sisters. Lois was the last of her family of ten children.

Funeral services will be held 12:00 Friday at Hunt & Son Funeral Home with her Grandson James Harrison officiating. Interment will be in the Oak Hill Cemetery North. Visitation will be from 10-12 Friday.
