Obituary
Lois Geraldine "Jeri" Sheldon, 76, Sarasota, Fla., formerly of Crawfordsville, died 1:30 p.m. Saturday in Tandem Nursing Home, Sarasota, Fla.
Mrs. Sheldon had been a realtor for Ramar Corp. in Sarasota.
She was born June 22, 1930, at Crawfordsville, to Glenn and Izetta Miller Thomas. She graduated from Crawfordsville High School in 1948. She married William B. Sheldon. He died Aug. 24, 1999.
Survivors include two sons, Michael T., Sarasota, Fla., Benjamin, Woodstock, Ga.; one stepson, William Sheldon, Crawfordsville; one stepdaughter, Anne Lovold, Crawfordsville; one sister, Jean Friend Chadwick, Crawfordsville; and seven grandchildren.
Funeral services are scheduled noon Thursday in Hunt & Son Funeral Home, Crawfordsville, with Rev. Phil Collier officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery Mausoleum.
Friends may visit two hours prior to services Thursday in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Sarasota County, Inc., 2331 15th Street, Sarasota, Fla. 34237.
