Obituary
Samantha Maedell Coffenberry, 84, of Crawfordsville died Saturday, Sept. 20, 2014, at Big Canoe, Ga.
She was a member of the American Legion, Moose, and VFW Bingo club.
She was born March 28, 1930, at Hoopeston, Ill., to Dollie Forest and Hallie M. Trent Choudoin. She married Robert Coffenberry at June 11, 1949, at Danville, Ill. He died January 2005.
Survivors include son Gary Coffenberry, Crawfordsville; daughter Sharon Hudson, Big Canoe, Ga.; sister June Mellon, Austin, Texas; two grandchildren; and three greatgrandchildren.
Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Oak Hill Cemetery North. A reception will follow the service at Creekside Lodge.
Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or to Crossroads Hospice Charitable Foundation, 1957 Lakeside Parkway #500, Tuker, GA 30084
