Marcelle M. Bowles, 91 of Crawfordsville passed away Thursday at Wellbrooke of Crawfordsville.  She was born March 10, 1927 to Marcus and Audrey Shipp Coffman.

Marcelle was retired from Steel Industries/IMPEX after 28 years. She was a member of the VFW Auxiliary. She enjoyed people and was very independent. She also enjoyed taking walks.

Survivors include her sons Steve (Connie) Stemick of Mainsville, OH and Joe Stemick of Crawfordsville and a daughter Cindy (Don) Sabens of Crawfordsville. Marcelle has 6 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her son John, brother Irvin Coffman and sister Dolores Coffman Drattlo.

Cremation was chosen with a Celebration of her life planned Sunday August 26 from 1-5pm at Crawfordsville Park & Rec Department.
