Marilyn Jean Frederick, 88 of Crawfordsville passed away Monday December 24 at Bickford of Crawfordsville.

She was born May 1, 1930 to Charles N. & Mollie George Deal in Bicknell, IN. She married Donald Ray Frederick Sr., he preceded her in death on October 22, 2011.  Jean was retired as a personnel manager for JC Penney. She was a member of First Baptist Church. Jean was a loving wife, sister, Mother, Grandmother and great grandmother who loved music and sang with her sisters and in the church choir.

Survivors include her children Johnny Randall Frederick of Huntsville, AL; Don Ray Frederick of Crawfordsville; and Susan Jean Frederick-Eley of Burbank, CA; Brother George Deal of Tulsa, OK and William Deal of Indianapolis, IN; Sisters Charlotte Smith of Petersburg, IN and Shirley Daywalt of Evansville, IN. She has 4 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 2:00pm Saturday at Hunt & Son Funeral Home. Interment will be in the Oak Hill Cemetery North. Visitation will be from 12-2 at the funeral home.
