Marjorie R. Dickerson,
85, of Crawfordsville,
died at
10:35 p.m., Thursday,
at St. Clare Medical
Center.
Born March 2,
1924, in Russellville,
she was the daughter
of Walter and Julia
Goff Hester. She graduated from Russellville
High School in 1943 and she married
James E. Dickerson on Aug. 16,
1947. He survives.
Memberships included First Christian
Church and she was in a bowling league
for 49 years.
Survivors include three daughters,
Ruth D. (Mark) Smith of Shawnee, Kan.,
Patricia (Rick) Jackson of Crawfordsville
and Cathy (Marty) Nelson of Otterbein; a
sister, Lanore Astin of Russellville; and
six grandchildren.

Services are planned for 2 p.m. Tuesday
at Hunt & Son Funeral Home with
the Rev. Keith Strain officiating. Burial
will be in Oak Hill Cemetery North. Visitation
will be noon to 2 p.m. Tuesday at
the funeral home.
