Mary E. (Allen) Brady, 88, of Crawfordsville passed away Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at @:07pm at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Lafayette.

She was born July 31, 1930 in Marshall, IN; she was the daughter of the late Freeman and Leona (Krout) Allen.

She worked at R.R. Donnelley in Department A as a proof reader. Mary was a member of the Moose Lodge.

She married William French on January 4, 1947. They had 5 children; Richard (Marcia) French of Indianapolis; Steve (Judy) French of Crawfordsville; Larry (Ute) French of Rockledge, FL; Jim (Tammy) French of Alamo, and Teresa Laube of Linden. Mary has 12 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren with one more on the way.

She later married Donald G. Brady on June 22, 1981. In addition to her husband, Mary was preceded in death by one brother and seven sisters.

Friends may call at Hunt & Son Funeral Home on Monday July 8, 2019 from 12-2pm.  Funeral services will be at 2:00pm with burial to follow in the New Ross Cemetery.
