Mary Lucile Gilstrap, 89, Crawfordsville, passed Thursday February 22, 2018 at Franciscan-St Elizabeth Health in Crawfordsville.

She was born November 14, 1928 in Sholas, IN to Harry and Vern (Courtright) Canfield. She was a member of St. Bernard's Catholic Church and had retired from Raybestos.

Survivors include her children, Donnie (Terri) Gilstrap, Susie Gilstrap, Wint Gilstrap, Richard (Janet) Gilstrap, Melinda (Mark) Johnson, David (Marsha) Gilstrap, Julie (Ron) Davis and John Gilstrap.

Also surviving are 11 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, son, Joe Gilstrap, two brothers and a sister.

Funeral Mass is scheduled for 11: 00 AM Tuesday at St. Bernard's Catholic Church with Father Chris Shocklee officiating. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be 9-11 AM Tuesday at the church.
