Obituary
Mary Thelma Scott, Crawfordsville, died 6:50 p.m. Friday in Lane House Nursing Home.
Mrs. Scott was a homemaker. Her memberships included Word of Life Church, Bicknell, and Hillsboro Nazarene Church.
She was born Jan. 7, 1908, at Newberry, to Thomas Jefferson Rose and Cynthia Jane Scott Rose. She graduated from Bloomfield High School in 1926. On June 6, 1933, she married Thomas R. Scott. He is deceased.
Survivors include one son, Thomas R. (Muriel), Crawfordsville; one sister, Bonnie Rose Cosher, Ojai, Calif.; four grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
One daughter, Jane Tomson, and eight brothers, Ted, Pete, Herman, Leo, Frank, Bill, Earl and Chuck, are deceased.
Funeral services are scheduled 1 p.m. Monday in Hillsboro Nazarene Church with Pastor Greg McDonald officiating. Burial will be in Asbury Chapel Cemetery, Ragsdale.
Friends may visit 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Monday in the church.
Additional service will be handled by Goodwin Funeral Home of Vincennes, IN.
