Mary L. Stewart, 89 of Crawfordsville passed away Wednesday at Ben Hur Health and Rehab. She was born March 23, 1930, in Crawfordsville to Leo and Doris Kinkead Arnold. She married James E. Stewart, he preceded her in death June 1, 2015.

Mary had worked for Burket Implement and Current Technologies. She was a member of Youngs Chapel, as well as the American Legion and VFW Auxiliaries.
Mary is survived by her children Ron (Linda) Stewart and Janet (Richard) Gilstrap both of Crawfordsville; grandchildren Jeff (Kathy) Gilstrap, Heather (Adam) Miller, Tyler Stewart, and Andy (Erin) Hartley as well as 8 great grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held 2:00pm Monday at Hunt & Son Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 12-2pm Monday. Interment will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery North.
