Mary E. Welliver Painter, 95 of Crawfordsville passed away Tuesday March 31, at St. Vincent Williamsport Hospital.

She was born February 21, 1925 in Thorntown to Clyde and Pearl Hornback Moore.  Mary graduated from Thorntown High School.  She worked at Sommer Metalcraft retiring in 1990.

She married Kenneth L. Welliver, he preceded her in death. She then married Raymond Painter who also preceded her in death.

She is survived by her daughter Brenda Keller and sister Norma Churchman as well as many grandchildren and great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her son Bob Welliver, brothers Gene and Robert Moore, daughter Freda Welliver, sister Marge Johnson, and 2 grandchildren.

Private family services will be held Friday at Hunt & Son Funeral Home.
