Obituary
Michael Joseph "Ozzy" Oswalt, 40, Crawfordsville, passed away Sunday at St. Clare Medical Center.
He was born in Warsaw, IN on September 16th, 1968 to Steven William Oswalt and Jill Louise (Capen) Oswalt.
He was a 1987 graduate of North Montgomery High School and was empoyed at Mike Stewart Heating and Air.
He is survived by his parents of Punta Gorda, FL; his life partner, Donna White oF Crawfordsville; dauthers, Leah Marie and Amanda Jean Oswalt of Brownsburg; sister, Laura McLemore (Richard) of Rockaway, NJ. In additon 2 nieces and 2 nephews survive along with numerous friends.
A memorial service is scheduled for 4:30 PM Thursday at Zt. John's Episcopal Church with Father Todd Kleffman officiating.
