Obituary
Milford L. "M.L." Thompson, 61, of Crawfordsville, passed away at 5:50 p.m. Friday at St. Vincent Heart Center in Indianapolis.
Mr. Thompson was born Feb. 7, 1946 in Crawfordsville to Milford Clayton Thompson and Esterlee (Ross) Heisel.
He attended Crawfordsville High School.
He married Antonia Mitchell on Nov. 14, 1998. She survives.
He had previously worked for Tom's Marina Sales.
Survivors include three sons, Mikel and Robert Thompson, both of Waynetown and Terry Lee Thompson of Crawfordsville; five daughters, Michelle Savage of Covington, Stacy Surber of Rockville, Ruthann McRoberts, Chelsey Thompson and Keyshia Thompson, all of Crawfordsville; stepchildren, Billy Miller, Randy Miller and LaVonda Mitchell, all of Ladoga; a brother, James Heisel of Linden; 13 grandchildren and five step-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a sister.
Funeral services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Wednesday at Hunt and Son Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Uhl officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery North. Friends and family may call 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home
