Nathaniel Jason Adair, 29, Crawfordsville, died Thursday in St. Clare Medical Center.

Mr. Adair worked for Total Logistics Control, Lebanon.

He was a member of First Church of God and a 1995 Crawfordsville High School graduate.

He was born Jan. 18, 1977, at Crawfordsville, to Kenneth E. Adair and Theresa Chism Adair.

Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Rusty Adams, Crawfordsville; son Kadin Alexander Adair, Crawfordsville; brother Kyle (Ashlee) Adair, Crawfordsville; grandmother Fairy Chism, Crawfordsville; and step grandparents Bea and Jerry Adams, Portland.

His father and grandparents Earl Chism and Kenneth and Arnetta Adair are deceased.

Funeral services are scheduled 2 p.m. Monday in Hunt & Son Funeral Home with Pastor Steve McCart officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery North. Friends may call 3-7 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home.
