Noel A. "Pete" Bottorff, 95, of Crawfordsville, passed away at 11:36 a.m. Saturday at St. Clare Medical Center.

Mr. Bottorff was born Sept. 14, 1911 in Salem, Ind. to Elebert and Estelle Elmore Bottorff.

He was educated in Crawfordsville and married Ella M. Murphy in 1932. She passed away on Aug. 19, 1974.

Mr. Bottorff worked in construction, for the State Highway Department and owned a grocery store.

Survivors include a son-in-law, George Apple; a granddaughter, Emily (Bill) Milsaps; a grandson, Jack Fairfield; three great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Carol A. Apple; four brothers; and a sister.

A graveside service is scheduled for 2 p.m. Wednesday at Oak Hill Cemetery on Grant Ave. Family and friends may pay their respects at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Hunt & Son Funeral Home, 107 N. Grant Ave. in Crawfordsville.
