Obituary

Norma Dinius of Crawfordsville died Saturday at Williamsburg
Healthcare. She was 83.
She had worked as an elevator operator at the Ben Hur building
and worked at KOA Campground. She was a member of the
Moose and American Legion. She was educated at Crawfordsville
High School.
She was born Jan. 23, 1929, at Crawfordsville, to Glenn
Davis and Pearl Swisher. She married Melvin Dinius. He is
deceased.
Survivors include: daughters, Carol Northcutt, Debbie Knee
and Beverly Bell, all of Crawfordsville; sons, David Scaggs
and Terry Scaggs, both of Crawfordsville; several step-children;
brother Jack Davis of Frankfort; sister Betty Shrout of Crawfordsville;
13 grandchildren; several step-grandchildren; 11
great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Infant son Robert Fairfield is deceased.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Hunt & Son
Funeral Home, 107 N. Grant Ave., with the Rev. Gary Lewis officiating.
Burial will be at Oak Hill Cemetery South. Friends
may call noon until 2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
