Ola Mae Mikesell, 82 of Crawfordsville passed away Friday evening at Mill Pond Health Campus in Greencastle.

She was born June 26, 1938, in Crawfordsville to Olin Ernest & Frances Lucille McClure Swank. Ola Mae married Robert Mikesell, he preceded her in death June 26, 2016.

Ola Mae had worked at JC Penneys, she then served as the custodian at the Nazarene Church in Crawfordsville for 12 years, then the custodian at the First United Methodist Church for over 30 years. She also owned Ola's Flowers and Gifts in Crawfordsville for several years. Ola Mae was active in Kairos Prison Ministry as well as many other church ministries and loved attending her grandchildren's activities.

She is survived by her children, Donna (Brian) Bullerdick, Brenda Long, and Rusty Allen.  A sister Donna Whitmer also survives. She has 10 grandchildren and 8 Great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother David Swank and a sister Mary Tague.

A memorial service will be held 6:00pm Friday February 19 at Hunt & Son Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 4-6pm Friday.
