Phillip Allen Smith

Phillip Allen Smith, 86, Crawfordsville, passed away Tuesday morning, February 10, 2026 at Wellbrooke of Crawfordsville.

He was born September 10, 1939 in Lebanon, IN to Marion and Dorothy (Gardener) Smith. He married Patricia Bannon and she preceded him in death.

Phil retired from R. R. Donnelly’s where he worked in customer service.

Surviving are his children; Steve (Shari) Smith of Plainfield, Jeff (Jamie) Smith of Crawfordsville, Scott Curts of Sarasota, FL, Dee Searing (Greg) Waveland, Debbie (Nolan) Howard of Crawfordsville and Kelly (Tony) Page of Crawfordsville; in addition, 10 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren survive.

Phil enjoyed travelling, gardening, woodworking and home improvements.

A celebration of Phil’s life will be held from 4-6 PM Monday February 16 at Hunt & Son Funeral Home.
