Phyllis Horner, 69 Crawfordsville Died May 19, 2007. She retired from St. Clare Medical Center as a purchasing Agent. Her memberships included First Christian Church and The Ben Hur Car Club.

She was born December 18, 1937 in Crawfordsville to Edward S. & Lucille Tatlock Quillin. She married Dean Simpson on October 19, 1955. He passed away April 14, 1994. On August 11, 2006 she married John Horner at Crawfordsville, He survives.

Also Surviving is a son, Greg, a Daughter Denna both of Crawfordsville. A brother, Fred Quillin of Shelbyville and a grandson Samuel of Florida.

She was preceded in death by an infant daughter Diana.

Funeral services will be held 2:00pm Tuesday at the First Christian Church with the Rev. Keith Strain officiating. Interment will be in the Oak Hill Cemetery Grant Avenue. Friends may call from 5-8 Monday at the Church and one hour prior to the service.
