Phyllis Marie Turpin, 69 of Crawfordsville passed away Saturday January 30, at Franciscan East, Lafayette.

Phyllis was born in Crawfordsville October 4, 1951 to Max & Virginia Welliver McCalment.

She was married to Bobby Turpin, he preceded her in death.

Phyllis retired from Sommer Metalcraft after 25 years.

She is survived by her sons Robert & Brian Turpin; Brothers Jimmy Vowels & Donnie McCalment; Sisters Reva Bigham, Peggy Black, & Karen Gibson. She has 5 grandchildren Alex Turpin, Austin Turpin, Skye Smith, Cameron Turpin and Dylan Turpin and one Great Grandchild Ryder Taylor.

She was preceded in death by her sister Joyce Pettit and brother Ronnie McCalment.

Funeral services will be held 2:00pm Wednesday at Hunt & Son Funeral Home with Pastor Kelly Nelson officiating. Visitation will be from 12-2 Wednesday. Interment will follow in the Oak Hill Cemetery South.
