Obituary
Ray Crabtree, 85, Crawfordsville, died 8:30 p.m.Tuesday at
Williamsburg Healthcare.
Crabtree was an electrician for IBEW Local No. 481.
He was a member of Canada Creek Baptist Church in
Coopersville, Ky. He was educated in Coopersville, Ky.
He was born Aug. 10, 1924, in Monticello, Ky., to Willie and
Lela Crabtree. He married Glenna Morrow in 1944. She survives.
Also surviving are sons Don (Vanetta) Crabtree and David
Crabtree; daughter Alice (Gary) Gross; five grandchildren; and
six great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by three grandchildren.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Saturday at Hunt
& Son Funeral Home with Pastor Dan Aldrich officiating. Burial
will be at Oak Hill Grant Avenue. Friends may call 4-8 p.m.
Friday at the funeral home.
