Raymond L. Cronk, 85, of Lebanon and formerly of Crawfordsville, passed away Monday at Wiham Memorial Hospital in Lebanon.
Mr. Cronk was born March 11, 1922 in Hillsboro to Fred L. and Mae Cronk.
He served his country in the US Army during World War II and the Korean War. He married Betty Arnold. She preceded him in death. He then married Ruby. She preceded him in death. He worked for the state highway department, was a mechanic and owned a bait and tackle store. He was a member of the American Legion and the VFW.
He is survived by his daughter, Pam Thomas of Crawfordsville; sister, Kay Stidham of West Lafayette; seven grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two wives; daughter, Tyrina; son, Dwain; sisters, Gladys Bowes, Francis Summers and Jessie Fairfield; infant brother; one grandson and one great-grandson.
Funeral services are at 2 p.m. Friday at Hunt & Son Funeral Home with the Rev. Vernon Dowell officiating. Burial is at Waynetown Masonic Cemetery.
Friends and family can pay their respects from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
