Obituary
Raymond L Waddell, 50, Crawfordsville passed away Monday morning at his residence.
He was born on October 20, 1956 at Crawfordsville, the son of Cecil I. Waddell and Marjorie Ann Lee Waddell.
Mr. Waddell was a licensed real estate broker with Re-Max Real Estate Associates. He was a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Indiana Association of Realtors and the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors. He was also a 25 year employee of Crawfordsville Electric Light and a 1974 graduate of Crawfordsville High School. He was a graduate of the Montgomery County Leadership Academy.
He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Nancy, daughters, Rachel Lee and Jennifer Rae Waddell, step-mother, Virginia Waddell, brothers, Paul (Jutta) and Roger Waddell, sister, Rosemarie Koebcke, half brother, Terry Paxton, half sister, Dorothy Emerson (James) and grandchildren, Emma Louise and Raymond Cole as well as several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents and a brother-in-law, Roger Koebcke.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Thursday at First Baptist Church with Rev. Sam Peck officiating. Burial will follow at Indian Creek Hill Cemetery. Friends may call 12-2 PM Thursday in the church.
