Obituary
Richard L. Pittman, 76, Alamo, died 8:55 p.m. Saturday in his home.
Mr. Pittman was retired from the Ben Hur Building and Hayic Sheet Metal. He served in the Army in Korea and Vietnam.
His memberships included American Legion, VFW, Moose Lodge and Eagles.
He was born Feb. 19, 1930, at Brazil, Ind., to John Buford & Ella May Pittman
He married Betty in August 1953. She died February 2001.
Survivors include daughter Donna Bushong, Alamo; son Richard Pittman, Bahamas; sister Mary Jane Walker, Lake Holiday; eight grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
Nine brothers and sisters are deceased.
Graveside services are scheduled 3 p.m. Monday in Alamo Cemetery with the Rev. Velma Keesling officiating.
