Robert L. (Bob) McDonald, 75 was lovingly accepted into the arms of our Heavenly Father, on Wednesday, April 18, 2018.

Bob was born on, July 26, 1942 in Boone County, to Devon R. and Pearl O. (Vannice) McDonald. Bob graduated from Dover High School in 1960. On December 2, 1967, Bob married the love of his life, Judith (Smith) McDonald, she survives. On January 5, 1972, Bob started at Inland Container Corporation, eventually retiring in December of 2004, where he worked as a Shipping Supervisor. He also farmed his family's famr. He was a member of Dover Christian Church and later Gravelly Run Church. He enjoyed watching his children and grandchildren participate in various activities, but watching them show Poland China pigs at the local and State Fairs was his favorite.

Surviving along with his wife Judy, are children Kimberly (Michael) Warren of Crawfordsville, Patrick (Jesslynn) of Heath, TX; 4 grandchildren, Kaleb and Kai Warren, Bentley and Pippa McDonald. Brothers John (Brenda) McDonald of Portage, MI, Doug (Shelia) McDonald of Dover along with several nieces and nephews whom he loved just like his own children.

Visitation will be on Monday, April 23, 2018 at Hunt and Son from 12pm-2pm, with services at 2pm.  Burial will be at Ladoga Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Montgomery County Community Foundation.
