Robert Wayne Fitzpatrick, 72, of Crawfordsville passed away of natural causes at his home on November 8, 2020.

He was born July 14, 1948 in Somerset, KY to Robert & Janetta Meece Fitzpatrick. He was married to Karla Rutledge in 1968 and they had a daughter Dawn Fitzpatrick.

Robert was retired from Alcoa after 45 years. Bobs passion was his 55 Chevy, car shows, car racing, nature and his beautiful flower garden. He loved reading books and he was a devout Christian.

He is survived by his daughter Dawn Fitzpatrick (Kevin Hicks) of Tamaroa, IL; Brothers Dave Fitzpatrick, Jim "Red" Fitzpatrick, Charles "Sonny" (Anita) Fitzpatrick; Bruce (Carrie) Fitzpatrick; and sister Star (Donny) Hammond.

He was preceded in death by a son Chadd W. Ferrier and brother Scott Fitzpatrick.

Bob's wishes were to be cremated. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Hunt & Son Funeral Home was entrusted with care.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
