Obituary
Robert H. High, 76 of Crawfordsville passed away Sunday at St. Clare Medical Center.
Mr. High was a dry wall contractor and real estate agent. He was the Past president (1971) of Ben Hur Antique Car Club, Montgomery Masonic Lodge #50, York Rite, and Shrine. He also served in the National Guard.
He was born September 2, 1931 in Crawfordsville to Cecil "Tick" & Zona Eakel High. He was a graduate of Crawfordsville High School. He married Marilyn Cox on December 1, 1955 in Carlsbad, NM. She survives.
Other survivors include his son; Brad (Beth) High of Crawfordsville; Daughter Linda Lientz of Waveland; Brothers Cecil (Vera) High Jr of Crawfordsville; George (Beverly) High of Mace; & Ronnie (Dorothy) High of Crawfordsville; Sisters Buena Cunningham of Lafayette; Mildred Widger of Crawfordsville; Barbara Phillips of Crawfordsville & Linda (Steve) Connaroe of Cincinnati. He is also survived by four grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held 2:00pm Saturday December 29, 2007 at Hunt & Son Funeral Home with the Rev. Jeff Brant officiating. Friends may call from 12:30-2:00pm Saturday. Interment will follow in Darlington Greenlawn Cemetery. Cremation was chosen. Memorial Contributions may be made to the donor's choice of charity.
