Robert "Bob" Joseph Mason, 63 of Crawfordsville passed away in his home after a long battle with cancer. He was born July 8, 1959 in Crawfordsville to Robert D. And Carolyn Spessard Mason.

Bob Graduated from North Montgomery High School in 1977 and received his Associate Degree in Electronic Technology from Purdue University in 1980.

He worked for Servies Dairy for eight years and worked for Nor-cote International for 27 years as the Materials Manager.

He was a member of the First Christian Church, Crawfordsville. Bob was well known for his love of sports, especially softball, golf, and Purdue athletics.

Bob married Kimberli Leigh Barnett on March 8, 1986, she survives.

Bob is also survived by his son Ryan Joseph Mason of Indianapolis; brothers Steve (Melissa) of Crawfordsville; David (Kim) of Indianapolis and Richard of Crawfordsville; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and his father-in-law, Lee D. Barnett.

Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Saturday, September 24 at First Christian Church, Crawfordsville. Visitation will be at the church from 12-2 pm Saturday. Interment will follow the service at Oak Hill Cemetery North. Hunt & Son Funeral Home was entrusted with care.
