Robert E. Thomas, 71, Crawfordsville passed away 8:22am Thursday at St. Clare Medical Center.

He was born January 30, 1937 in Parke County to Jesse & Frances McCall Thomas. He went to Green Township School in Parke County.

He was retired from RR Donnelly and Kroger. He was a member of the New Hope Christian Church, the Eagles and enjoyed woodworking. On May 17, 1958 he married Betty L. Greene in Rockville, she survives.

Also surviving are his sons Ryan Eugene (Kim) Thomas and Roger Edward (Jill) Thomas both of Crawfordsville; Daughters Rhonda Lea Wright of New Ross and Rochella Louise Endicott of Crawfordsville; Brother Harold Thomas of Waveland. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; Shaun Stark, Joshua Stark, Ty Endicott, Taron Endicott, Skyler Thomas, Austin Thomas and Ronnie LaRue. His mother is also surviving.

Funeral services will be held 2:00pm Monday at Hunt & Son Funeral Home with the Pastors Terry Thompson and Rich Fuller officiating. Interment will be in the Oak Hill Cemetery South. Friends may call from 2-6 Sunday at the funeral home.
