Robert "Jack" Whittington of Crawfordsville passed away Saturday at his home, he was 80.
He was retired from RR Donnelly and Sons. He was a graduate of Crawfordsville High School.
Born January 3, 1930 in Crawfordsville to Fred E. & Grace L. Hightower Whittington Sr. He married Jeannine McCleery June 14, 1991 in Alamo. She survives.
Also surviving are; a daughter Jeri (Tom) Buek of Hendersonville, NC; Step children Deborah (Rodney) Roberts of Crawfordsville; Rebekah (Michael) Roach of Crawfordsville; Michael ( Daina) Witt of Walnut Ridge, AR; Douglas Witt of Crawfordsville; Brother James (Yvonne) Whittington of Sun Prairie, WI; Sister Barbara Mackey of West Columbia, SC; Also Grandchildren Amanda Patterson, Katharine Buek, and Sarah Buek.
He was preceded in death by his first wife Jayne Potter Whittington, Son James Whittington, Grandson Justin Whittington, Great Granddaughter Lizbeth Patterson, Brother Fred Whittington Jr. and his parents.

Cremation was chosen. A memorial service for family and friends will be held Saturday December 4 at 2:00pm. Friends may call from 1-2 at the funeral home.
