Roger Lyle "Tedd" Fifer of Crawfordsville died at 6 a.m. Wednesday in his home. He was 61.

Mr. Fifer worked in maintenance for Consolidated Properties. He attended Linden High School.

He was born Oct. 4, 1949, at Crawfordsville, to Raymond and Helen (Endicott) Fifer. He married Judy Fyffe on April 18, 1998. She survives.

Other survivors include: son Tony at Crawfordsville; step-sons Jason Gravens and Steven Caldwell; daughter Shelly (Tilmer) Paulson of Indianapolis; step-daughters, Sandy Paige and Ericia E. (Dave) Crommenes; and sisters, Sharon (Ed) Carver of Crawfordsville and Margaret Goldsby of Darlington.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Saturday at Hunt & Son Funeral Home, 107 N. Grant Ave., Crawfordsville, with Pastor Scott Himes officiating. Following services he will be cremated. Friends may call noon until the time of the service Saturday at the funeral home.

Memorials may be made to the Animal Welfare League of Montgomery County.
