Rondal E. McCandless of New Ross died Saturday at home. He was 76.
Mr. McCandless retired as a union plumber with Local 157. He was a member of First Assembly of God.
He was born July 18, 1935, at Glasgow, Ky., to Buckner and Nellie F. (Shaw) McCandless. He married Loretta Clark on Nov. 16, 1957. She survives.
Other survivors include: sons, Jeff McCan- dless of New Ross and Kevin (Cindy) McCan- dless of Crawfordsville; daughter Ronetta (Mar- vin) Kelsey of New Ross; seven grandchil-
dren; and 11 great-grandchildren. Brothers, Henry, Tommy and Noah; two
grandsons, Josh and Justin; and great-grand- son Dylan, are deceased.

Funeral services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Tuesday at Hunt & Son Funeral Home, 107 N. Grant Ave., with Pastors Bryan Courtney and Bill Parks officiating. Burial will be at Pisgah Cemetery. Friends may call 4-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
