Ruth Holt, 85 of Crawfordsville passed away Saturday, March 25 with her family by her side. She was born May 1, 1937, in Kenton, Ohio to Marvin & Thelma Maggret Long.

Ruth was a member of the Whitesville Christian Church. She was married to David "Red" Largent, he preceded her in death in 1992. She then married Robert Holt who preceded her in death in 2003.

She is survived by her children; Leslie Largent, Donald Largent, Cheryl Largent Wilson, Mary Largent, And Jean Largent all of Crawfordsville. She is also survived by a brother Russell Long of Lakeview Ohio. She has 5 grandchildren, 5 step-grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her sisters Thelma Mussleman, Marilyn Huseman, and Wilma Long. She was also preceded in death by a grandson Eric Largent.

Funeral services will be 2:00pm Saturday April 1 at Hunt & Son Funeral Home with Pastor Mike Whitacre officiating. Visitation will be from 12-2:00pm. Interment will follow in the Indian Creek Hill Cemetery.
