Ruth Ann Patrick Rogers, 78, of Crawfordsville, passed away Friday at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis.
Mrs. Rogers was born Dec. 11, 1932 in Crawfordsville. She was the daughter of Earnest & Dortha (Zachary) Patrick.
She attended school in Crawfordsville. She was married to Carlyle Wayne Rogers. She was a homemaker. She was a member of the Milligan Memorial Presbyterian Church and Order of the Eastern Star.
She survived by sons, Wayne (Karen) Rogers of Lyons, Ohio, and Ethan Allen (Rose) Rogers of Topeka, Kan.; daughters, Tamara (Andrea) Starkey of Holden, La., Carla (Mike) Barnhart of Panchataula, La., and Gaynell (Jim) Meck of Indianapolis; brother, Earnest Patrick; 20 grandchildren; 45 great-great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; daughter, Patrecha Ann Rogers; and sister, Mary S. Gilbert
Graveside service will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Oak Hill Cemetery on Grant Avenue. The Rev. Jene McVay will officiate.
