Sandy passed away on November 11, 2019, at the age of 80.

She was born October 20, 1939, to the late, Carl and Genevieve (Decker) Little in Frankfort, Indiana. She graduated from Frankfort High School. Sandy is survived by her five children Andrew (Coleen) Karle, Neil (Pam) Karle, Eric (Missi) Karle, Karen (Pat) Risner, and Krish Alexander; grandchildren Shawn (Ashley) Karle, Brian Karle, Patrick (Lauren) Karle, Jessica Karle, Erika Karle, Braydon Risner, Kevin Karle, Brook (Austin) Earl, Clint Risner, Samantha Karle, Reagan Alexander (whom went to be with the Lord in Feb. 2017), Emma Risner and Peyton Alexander; great-grandchildren Kinzlie, Tristan, Jackson, Addison, and Koda.

Sandy enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She was an avid reader and the family historian. She loved flowers and had a creative eye for floral design. Her passion for quilting left many family members with cherished pieces of her work.

Sandy retired from Wabash College where she worked as the Financial Aid Administrative Assistant. She was a longtime member of St. Bernards Catholic Church where she served as a Eucharistic Minister and was a member of the Calvary Cemetery Board. She also volunteered and enjoyed helping serve meals for Bernie's Buffet. Other memberships throughout the years include; Montgomery County League of Women Voters, Bridge Club, Garden Club, and Tri Kappa.

There will be a Memorial Mass at 11:00 am Monday, November 25, 2019, at St. Bernards Catholic Church in Crawfordsville, with Father Christopher Shocklee and Father Dennis O'Keeffe officiating. Visitation hours are 9:00am-11:00am at the church prior to Mass. Memorial contributions can be directed to Bernie's Buffet, c/o St. Bernard Church,1306 E Main St., Crawfordsville, IN 47933.
