Sara Booher, 82, of Crawfordsville,
died on Tuesday at
Lane House.
She was born in Crawfordsville
on July 10, 1927 to
Henry Wood and Ruth
(Stonebreaker) Wood. She
graduated from Waynetown
High School. She married
Robert Warren Booher in
January of 1946. He passed
away on Oct. 10, 2000.
Mrs. Booher was a former
store manager for the Singer
Sewing Shop.
She is survived by a son,
Dan Booher of Crawfordsville,
a daughter, Penelope
(William) Walter of Center
Point, two grandchildren
and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in
death by her brother, Henry
Wilbur Wood.

A funeral service will be
held on Saturday at 11 a.m.
at Hunt & Son Funeral
Home. Her son, Dan Booher,
will officiate. Burial will be
held at the Waynetown
Masonic Cemetery.
Visitation hours are Friday
from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Hunt
& Son Funeral Home.
