Shirley Jean Lewellen, 85, of Crawfordsville passed away on April 15, 2025, at home with her family by her side.  She was born March 20, 1940, in Crawfordsville to William and Laura Knee.

Shirley worked at RR Donnellys for 35 years and never missed a day of work. On September 3, 1957, she married Gordon Lewellen in Waynetown, he survives.

Also surviving are her children, Kathy (Kevin) Howell, Mary (John) Aldridge, William (Pam) Lewellen, Charles (Janet) Lewellen, and Beth (Brian) Breaks. She has 11 Grandchildren and 18 Great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday, April 19, at Hunt & Son Funeral Home with Pastor Ron Brown officiating.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.  Entombment will follow in the Oak Hill Mausoleum.
